Sarah Collett

Sarah is a trained Beauty Specialist (ITEC) and holds a Certificate in Facial Massage from the Raworth Centre, College for Sports Therapy and Natural Medicine. She lectures on facial exercise in London and the South East at many venues which include one of the UK`s top health spas Grayshott Hall and at Sir Richard Branson`s state-of-the-art health clubs; Virgin Active.

The Facefirm workout was recently featured on UK TV`s 'This Morning™' and ITV News. Sarah has appeared on Sky TV`s Bravo and Home Choice channels and RTV`s 'Open House™', BBC Southern Counties, and Radio Leeds.
